Do You Come to Me or Do I Have to Drop Off?
We are a mobile team but also accept drop-offs at our set location if that is more convenient for the client.
What Is The Best Package For a New Client?
Our Showtime Package is our most common package and is highly favored by most of our clients. This package includes both a thorough interior and exterior detail and gives you a couple of months worth of protection as well.
How Long Does a Detail Take?
Usually, it depends on the service, condition of the vehicle, and other circumstances. On estimate, it takes about 3-4 hours to finish our Showtime Complete Detail.
My Interior Is Super Dirty, Can You Clean It?
We are adequately equipped and have experience in handling multiple “disaster details.” In the event that an interior is super dirty, however, or if the client requests carpet/seat shampooing, there is a slight price adjustment.
Can You Handle Severe Catastrophes? Vomit, Excrement, Etc.
We have handled and are comfortable with severe situations such as vomit, urine, excrement, etc. We do our best to handle such accidents and make sure to properly disinfect the affected areas afterward.
Do I have to Fill out Multiple Forms for Multiple Vehicles?
Multiple forms are not required, please just list your vehicles in the form or inform us during the scheduling process that you wish to have more than one vehicle serviced.
What If I Want To Receive Frequent Servicing?
We offer maintenance plans for clients who like to keep their vehicles in top-notch condition. We offer Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly servicing and if this interests you we will happily add you to our maintenance fleet.
What Is The Difference Between a Detail & a Car Wash?
A detail is a much more thorough process than a car wash. Not only do we make sure to attack and clean every nook and cranny of your vehicle but we also apply products that will protect applicable surfaces ensuring the longevity of your vehicle.
Is Detailing Suitable For All Vehicles?
Although we mainly work on cars we also have experience working with trucks, motorcycles, and even boats. We welcome in all vehicles to get the proper care they need.
How Does The Ceramic Coating Process Work?
We strip any sealants, dirt, and contaminants from the paint surface before a thorough paint correction that removes any micro swirls and scratches from the paint, allowing the coating to bond directly to the paint. After 1-2 weeks we will follow up with the client to ensure the coating is working properly. We will either provide a thorough instruction guide for the owner or set them up on a maintenance plan to maximize their coating’s abilities.
What If My Car Has Pet Hair, Stains, Or Bad Odor?
We address pet hair, stain removal, and odor removal all the same. We work diligently to create the best possible transformation from before the detail to after.
